Barista Assistant


Our busy coffee shop in Doha is in need of a Barista Assistant to join our team. We are looking for a hardworking, friendly, and motivated individual who is passionate about coffee and customer service. This position is open to Pakistani nationals, but all nationalities are welcome to apply.

As a Barista Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the head barista in preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work area. You will also be expected to greet and interact with customers in a professional manner, take orders, and handle cash transactions.

No previous experience is required for this role as long as you are willing to learn. Training will be provided on the job. However, preference will be given to candidates with some knowledge or experience in making coffee drinks.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month, along with accommodation provided by the company. Working hours may vary depending on business needs, but you can expect to work around 40 hours per week with the possibility of overtime.

The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. You should also have strong customer service skills and be able to multitask efficiently. Knowledge of different types of coffee drinks and their preparation methods is an added advantage.
