Sous Chef

The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating. They will also be involved in menu planning, inventory management, and ensuring high quality and consistency in all dishes. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a chef in a fast-paced environment, with strong knowledge of Indian and Pakistani cuisine. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential. This position is based in Riyadh and the salary offered is 1700$. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
