Head Chef - Indian/Egyptian Cuisine (English Speaking)

We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef with a passion for Indian and/or Egyptian cuisine to lead our kitchen team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing menus, training and supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and authentic Indian/Egyptian menus that reflect our restaurant's concept
- Plan and oversee all food preparation, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standard
- Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with management to create cost-effective menu items without sacrificing quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant specializing in Indian/Egyptian cuisine
- In-depth knowledge of Indian/Egyptian culinary techniques, ingredients, spices, etc.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Hindi/Arabic desired but not required
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
