Land Surveyor
Location: Isa Town, Bahrain


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate surveys on various types of land, including construction sites, commercial and residential properties. You will use advanced technology and equipment to collect data and produce detailed maps, plans and reports. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of land surveying principles, techniques and equipment. Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail are essential. Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using total stations, GPS receivers, laser scanners and other equipment
- Collect data on land features, boundaries and structures using measurements, observation and data analysis
- Prepare detailed maps, plans and reports based on survey results
- Collaborate with engineers, architects and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey data
- Use CAD software to produce digital maps and plans
- Provide guidance and support to junior surveyors as needed
- Maintain accurate records of survey data for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in construction or land development projects
- Familiarity with surveying tools such as total stations, GPS receivers and laser scanners
- Proficient in using CAD software
- Strong mathematical skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Own visa preferred
