Plumber - Maintenance Technician (Malayalee Preferred)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing pipes and fixtures.
- Identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and faulty equipment.
- Install new plumbing systems or make upgrades and modifications to existing ones.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance performed and materials used.
- Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a plumber or maintenance technician.
- Must be fluent in Malayalam (English not required).
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Physically fit to perform the duties of the job.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call as needed.

Preferences:
- Experience working in residential or commercial buildings in Ar Rumaythiyah.
- Nationality: Malayalee (non-Malayalees may also apply).
- Ability to provide own hand tools (power tools will be provided).
