House Manager/Supervisor (Malayalee)

The House Manager/Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a household in Abu Dhabi, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This is a contract position without accommodation, making it ideal for someone who already resides in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all household staff, including cleaners, cooks, and drivers
- Develop and implement schedules for staff to ensure all tasks are completed on time
- Manage household finances, including budgeting and bill payments
- Oversee maintenance and repairs of the property
- Coordinate with vendors for necessary services or repairs
- Plan and organize events or special occasions held in the household
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the household at all times
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise with staff or the property

Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam (English proficiency is not required)
- Previous experience in a similar role as a House Manager or Supervisor
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of household budgeting and financial management
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule, including weekends if needed

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
