Restaurant Manager - Muscat, Oman

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staff management, inventory control, and financial management.
- Create and maintain a positive and efficient work environment for all employees.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor staff to provide exceptional service to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations in all areas of the restaurant.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience for customers.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is preferred but not required).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Muscat, Oman
