As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of traditional and modern Malayalee desserts and pastries, as well as managing inventory and maintaining food safety standards. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef, strong knowledge of Malayalee dessert recipes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
