Job Title: Merchandiser Assistant

As a Merchandiser Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the merchandiser in planning, sourcing, and managing products for our company. Your primary duties will include communicating with suppliers, tracking inventory levels, and assisting with product displays and promotions. You will also play a crucial role in analyzing sales data and making recommendations for product improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication abilities. This position offers a salary of 1500$ per month and includes accommodation in Muharraq, Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the merchandiser in planning and sourcing products
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Track inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create attractive product displays
- Participate in promotional events to showcase products
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product improvements
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market demands

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing or related field preferred
- Previous experience as a merchandiser or merchandising assistant is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines

Location: This position is based in Muharraq, Bahrain.

Salary: 1500$ per month.

Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided by the company.
