Office Administrator
Location: Muscat, Oman
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with data entry and document preparation
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in an administrative role (experience in an office setting preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
