Customer Service Representative - Medina, Saudi Arabia
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Hindi and have a strong understanding of Indian culture and customs. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Indian clients through phone, email, and chat support. You will also handle inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position with a starting salary of 1600$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to our Indian clients
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats professionally and courteously
- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to our products or services
- Educate customers on company policies and procedures
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues
- Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics
Requirements:
- Fluent in Hindi (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an asset
- Strong knowledge of Indian culture and customs
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
