Industrial Engineer



We are hiring an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. You will work closely with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with process optimization, data analysis, and project management is also required. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
- Develop solutions to improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase quality
- Work closely with production teams to implement process improvements
- Use data analysis tools to monitor key performance indicators and track progress
- Conduct time studies and create work standards for production processes
- Lead projects to introduce new equipment or systems into the production process
- Train and educate staff on new processes or equipment
- Collaborate with other engineers and departments to optimize overall workflow
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in industrial engineering

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial engineering or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations for improvement
- Knowledge of process optimization techniques such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Minitab
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of CAD software is a plus

Salary:

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Location:

This position is located in Abu Dhabi, but candidates from other locations are welcome to apply.
