Part-Time Baker Assistant

We are in need of a Part-Time Baker Assistant to join our team at our bakery located in Khasab. This position is suitable for individuals without prior experience in baking, but with a passion for learning and a strong work ethic. As a Part-Time Baker Assistant, you will assist our team of bakers in daily tasks such as measuring ingredients, mixing dough, preparing baked goods, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and production of various baked goods such as breads, pastries, and cakes
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes provided by the head baker
- Help with shaping dough, cutting cookies, and decorating cakes
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing machines
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:
- Passion for baking and willingness to learn new techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Preferred:
- Previous experience working in a bakery or food service environment is an asset but not required
