Front Desk Receptionist for Hotel in Al-Rayyan

We are hiring a front desk receptionist to join our team at a hotel in Al-Rayyan. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for guests, you must have strong customer service skills and be able to handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently. Responsibilities include checking guests in and out, answering phone calls and emails, managing reservations, and providing information about hotel services. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred. Salary is 1100$. Preference given to Africans or Malayalees with no English language requirement.
