Loader Supervisor


We are hiring a Loader Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our loading team in Lusail. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of loaders and ensuring the efficient and timely loading of goods onto trucks or containers. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$ per month, suitable for Indian nationals who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the loading team
- Assign tasks and schedules to loaders and ensure timely completion
- Train new loaders on proper loading procedures and safety protocols
- Monitor loading processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Inspect loaded goods to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain inventory records of loaded goods
- Communicate with truck drivers to coordinate loading schedules
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the loading process

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a loader or in a similar supervisory role
- Good physical strength and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with loading equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to read and interpret load plans and manifests
- Biometric passport for ease of travel between job sites
