We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Riyadh. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks such as repairs, maintenance, and installations. This job is suitable for men with experience in similar roles.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and facilities
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with plumbing, electrical systems, and other components
- Install new fixtures and appliances as needed
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure everything is in working order
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or management in a timely manner
- Keep inventory of supplies and equipment needed for repairs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if needed
