Sales Manager for Indian Market - Dubai
We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Indian market. This position is suitable for men who have prior experience in sales and are passionate about meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target the Indian market
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential opportunities for growth
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, targets, and achievements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the Indian market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages preferred)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade clients effectively
- Knowledge of sales techniques and tools such as CRM software, cold calling, etc.
- Willingness to travel within Dubai or other regions if required
- Familiarity with Indian culture, customs, and business practices is an advantage
