Experienced Barista in Ajman, Egypt

A well-known coffee shop in Ajman is seeking an experienced Barista to join our team. Our ideal candidate must have previous experience as a Barista, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar
- Take customer orders and handle payments using the POS system
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing any concerns or questions they may have
- Ensure quality control by following recipes and standards for each drink
- Restock supplies as needed and keep track of inventory
- Keep up with current coffee trends and make suggestions to improve the menu

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista is a must
- Excellent communication and customer service skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, blends, and brewing methods preferred
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
