Entry Level Construction Manager


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our construction team as an Entry Level Construction Manager. As a construction manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the construction industry and develop their project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with project planning, including creating schedules, estimating costs, and determining resource needs
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timelines are met
- Conduct site visits to oversee work being done and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and government officials
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation throughout the construction process
- Adhere to all safety regulations and ensure that all workers on site are following proper safety protocols

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in the construction industry (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a full-time position based in Ajman. Salary for this position is 1300$. Preference will be given to Indian candidates who have their own visa. Freshers are welcome to apply.
