Our construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a minimum of 5 years experience in the field. They should possess excellent leadership and organizational skills, and be able to effectively manage a team of workers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process, from initial design to final completion. This position requires proficiency in project management software and strong communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. A competitive salary of 1700$ will be offered, along with accommodation and visa sponsorship for non-local candidates. Fluent English is preferred but not required. Indian or Egyptian nationality preferred. Candidates without prior experience will also be considered for entry-level positions within our company.
