A reputable construction company in Ajman is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate must have minimum 5 years of experience in the field, with a strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing project plans, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, managing budgets and timelines, ensuring quality control, and supervising project teams. Fluency in Malayalam is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month. Candidates with biometric passports are preferred. Part-time positions will not be considered for this role.
