Part-time Land Surveyor


We are in need of a skilled and experienced part-time Land Surveyor to join our team in Muscat. As a Land Surveyor, your main responsibility will be to conduct surveys and gather data on land and construction sites. You will also be responsible for analyzing survey data, creating maps and reports, and communicating with project managers to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and existing features using various surveying equipment.
- Prepare accurate survey reports, maps, and drawings using computer software.
- Analyze collected data to identify any discrepancies or errors.
- Communicate with project managers to ensure correct specifications are being followed.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of all surveys conducted.
- Maintain survey equipment by performing regular maintenance checks.

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours based on project needs. However, you may be required to work on weekends or evenings depending on project deadlines.

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Muscat but may require traveling to different construction sites within the city.
