Job Title: Land Surveyor - Contract Position (Salalah)


We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Salalah on a contract basis. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and collecting data on land features, boundaries, and topography. You will use specialized equipment and tools to accurately measure and record data, analyze survey results, and create maps and reports.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and drones
- Collect data on land features such as boundaries, elevations, contours, and other physical characteristics
- Analyze survey data to identify potential issues or discrepancies
- Create maps and reports using survey data for various purposes such as construction projects or property ownership disputes
- Ensure accuracy of survey measurements by regularly calibrating equipment and verifying results
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and drones
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques
- Ability to read maps, blueprints, and other technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Salary:
The salary for this contract position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Salalah. However, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are legally authorized to work in Oman.

Contract Length:
This is a contract position with an initial duration of 6 months. The contract may be extended based on performance.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required for this role. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
