Excavator Operator

We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Isa Town! As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to move earth, rock, and other materials at construction sites. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Ensure proper use of equipment and report any malfunctions or damages
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Coordinate with other construction workers to complete projects on time
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
- Adhere to project specifications and plans

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating excavators
- Valid license and certification for operating heavy machinery
- Knowledge of excavation techniques, site preparation, and grading
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans
- Physically fit to operate heavy machinery for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Good communication skills in English

Preferred:
- Experience working in construction or related field
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures
