Light Driver

A well-established transportation company in Dar Kulaib is seeking a highly responsible and skilled Light Driver to join our team. As a Light Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating light vehicles to transport passengers and goods. This position is open to all nationalities; however, candidates with a biometric passport will be given preference.

Responsibilities:
- Safely drive light vehicles to transport passengers and goods
- Follow traffic rules and regulations at all times
- Plan routes and follow the most efficient route to reach the destination
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the vehicle
- Handle basic vehicle maintenance, such as checking oil levels, tire pressure, etc.
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or accidents that occur during work hours
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding pick-up and drop-off times and locations
- Follow strict schedules for pick-ups and drop-offs
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Valid light vehicle driver's license
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a light driver (experience in transportation or delivery preferred)
- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record
- Familiarity with GPS devices and maps to plan routes
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Physically fit to lift heavy objects if necessary
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage)
- Must have a biometric passport (non-negotiable)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this full-time position.
