Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant in Ajman. Your main role will be to ensure that our guests have an exceptional dining experience by managing and training our staff, maintaining high quality standards, and ensuring efficient operations. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability, as well as developing relationships with suppliers and vendors. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and train restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Develop relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure high quality products at competitive prices
- Monitor inventory levels and make purchasing decisions accordingly
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Handle guest complaints efficiently and find resolutions to ensure guest satisfaction
- Oversee schedules, payroll, and other administrative tasks
- Conduct regular staff meetings to provide updates on performance goals, promotions, promotions, etc.
- Collaborate with the chef to create new menu items or make changes to existing ones
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate employees
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of inventory management systems preferred
- Familiarity with health, safety, sanitation regulations in the restaurant industry
- Ability to handle customer complaints effectively
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
