African Restaurant Manager in Ajman
We are seeking a skilled and experienced African Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant located in Ajman. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and financial management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Hire, train and manage staff members to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Create work schedules for staff and manage labor costs
- Ensure that all health and safety standards are met
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for upper management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall success of the restaurant
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is required
- Must be fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with ease
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- African nationality preferred
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month, with accommodation provided.
