Restaurant Manager

Our high-end restaurant in Ajman is seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members to maintain a high level of customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Monitor sales and expenses to meet financial targets and increase profitability
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing for food and beverage items
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate updates, provide feedback, and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-end establishment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
