We are hiring a Cashier to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions in a fast-paced retail environment. Your main duties will include processing payments, issuing receipts, and providing excellent customer service.

To be successful in this role, you must have strong numerical and communication skills. You should also be able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Previous experience as a Cashier or in customer service is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Process cash and card payments accurately
- Scan items and ensure correct pricing
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers
- Maintain accurate cash register records
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Keep the checkout area clean and organized at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient store operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven work experience as a Cashier or in customer service (preferred)
- Strong numerical skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Basic computer knowledge (e.g. MS Office)
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20lbs
