A well-established restaurant in El-Ain is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the food and beverage industry, excellent leadership skills, and a strong business acumen. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring quality customer service, and maximizing profits. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including overseeing staff performance and customer satisfaction.
- Create and maintain budgets and financial reports to ensure profitability.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner to ensure their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new menu items or promotions.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Proficient in budgeting, financial planning, and analysis.
- Knowledge of local food safety regulations.
