Responsibilities:
- Perform basic carpentry tasks such as repairing or replacing doors, windows, and furniture.
- Conduct plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks or unclogging drains.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs or replacements.
- Complete general repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies.
- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:
