Handyman - Maintenance Assistant (Ar-Ruwais, Pakistan)



We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team as a Maintenance Assistant in Ar-Ruwais, Pakistan. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, fixing leaks, replacing light bulbs, and repairing appliances
- Troubleshoot and fix electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
- Perform basic carpentry work such as building shelves and repairing furniture
- Inspect facilities for safety and maintenance concerns and report any issues to the supervisor
- Assist in maintaining inventory of tools and supplies needed for maintenance work
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects or tasks that require multiple skill sets

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and carpentry
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills in English
- High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:
- Experience working in a maintenance or construction environment
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings
- Proficiency in Urdu

Salary: 900$ per month
