Sales Manager - Ajman (Indian or Egyptian nationals preferred)

We are a growing company in Ajman looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, preferably in the same industry, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their goals
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

Requirements:
- Indian or Egyptian nationality preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of managing successful sales teams
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English is preferred but not mandatory

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is an urgent requirement, so candidates who can join immediately will be given preference. We also welcome fresh graduates with no experience as long as they possess the necessary skills for the job. Please note that we do not require English proficiency or previous job experience for this role. However, candidates must have a valid biometric passport.
