Administrative Coordinator – Lusail, Qatar
We are hiring an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lusail. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring efficient operation of the office. Your duties will include managing schedules, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings and events. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Salary: 1400$ per month.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, memos, letters, and other documents
- Coordinate meetings and events including venue bookings, travel arrangements, catering etc.
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Act as point of contact between employees, clients, vendors etc.
- Conduct research on various topics as needed
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an administrative coordinator or similar role
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus
