Crane Operator



We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Muscat. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating cranes and other heavy equipment to move materials, equipment, or products on construction sites, ports, or other locations.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and control various types of cranes such as tower cranes, mobile cranes, and overhead cranes
- Inspect and maintain the crane and its components before each shift
- Follow safety regulations and protocols at all times
- Communicate with the site supervisor to determine the best location for the crane and plan the lifting operation
- Lift, move, and position heavy loads using the crane's controls
- Monitor the load weight and make adjustments as needed
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and safe operations
- Keep accurate records of daily activities and maintenance checks

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Crane Operator in a construction or industrial setting
- Valid biometric passport (preferred)
- Ability to operate different types of cranes safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols related to crane operations
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail to accurately monitor load weights and make adjustments as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 USD per month.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Muscat. Accommodation will not be provided.
