Pastry Chef

We are in search of a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team in Medina. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing various desserts, pastries, and other baked goods. You will work closely with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and techniques, as well as ensure high quality and consistency in all pastry items.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare various desserts, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes or customer orders
- Develop new recipes and techniques that showcase creativity and innovation
- Oversee the production process to ensure high quality and consistency in all pastry items
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff on proper techniques and procedures
- Order ingredients and supplies needed for pastry production
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry section of the kitchen

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Creative flair for developing new recipes and decorating techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, supervise, and motivate a team
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
- Certification in pastry making or baking is a plus
- Experience working in a professional kitchen setting is required

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Medina (relocation assistance available for qualified candidates)
