We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Land Surveyor to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine boundaries and locations of natural features on the earth's surface. This position is open to both experienced professionals and students looking to gain hands-on experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment and tools
- Analyze survey data and create detailed maps, reports, and drawings
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate placement of structures
- Ensure that all surveying work adheres to industry standards and regulations
- Keep accurate records of survey data and project progress
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns or issues
- Train and supervise junior surveyors when necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in land surveying (for experienced candidates)
- Basic understanding of land surveying techniques, equipment, and software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
