As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant
- Train, supervise, and support staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Create staff schedules and manage labor costs
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing strategies to increase sales
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate company policies and updates

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in the food industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills
