Seasonal Restaurant Manager in Nizwa


We are hiring a Seasonal Restaurant Manager in Nizwa for our busy restaurant during the peak tourist season. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant during peak tourist season
- Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality customer service is maintained
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to employees
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Collaborate with chefs to develop seasonal menus and specials
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as needed to maximize profitability

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month. We also offer shared accommodation for our seasonal employees.
