Barber for a Busy Salon in Mecca


We are in search of a skilled Barber to join our busy salon in Mecca. Our ideal candidate should have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to provide exceptional hair cutting and styling services for our diverse clientele.

As a Barber, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work station, as well as staying up-to-date on current hair trends and techniques. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and offering professional recommendations.

The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently under pressure. They must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. This position requires someone with at least 2 years of experience in the field, preferably in a similar setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality hair cutting, styling, and grooming services
- Maintain cleanliness of work station and equipment
- Stay informed about current hair trends and techniques
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Actively listen to clients' needs and offer expert recommendations
- Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barber
- Excellent knowledge of various cutting, styling, and grooming techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to actively listen and communicate effectively
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Familiarity with diverse hair types and textures
- Must have strong time management skills
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends

We offer competitive salaries starting at 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience), as well as free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket. This position does not include accommodation.
