Restaurant Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Pakistani Nationals)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Pakistani national, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a diverse team, while ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including but not limited to staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menu offerings that meet customer preferences and maintain profitability
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Handle customer complaints efficiently and effectively, maintaining a positive relationship with all guests
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an asset)
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing a team
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the industry
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Pakistani nationality preferred
