Sales Manager
We are a leading company in the retail industry, seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This position is ideal for Indian nationals who have a strong sales background and are looking to advance their career in the Middle East.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team of sales representatives. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and profitability by developing strategic sales plans, building relationships with clients, and continuously monitoring market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and target potential new ones
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, budgeting, forecasting, and market analysis
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to achieve overall company goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and market dynamics in the Middle East region
- Fluency in English is preferred; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
