Administrative Assistant for Malayalees in Ar Rumaythiyah
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant for our Malayalee community in Ar Rumaythiyah. This position is specifically for individuals who are fluent in Malayalam and have a valid biometric passport. No prior experience is required, making it an ideal job for students or those looking to gain administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Malayalee community in Ar Rumaythiyah
- Assist with organizing events and activities for the community
- Maintain records and databases related to community members
- Communicate with community members via phone, email, and social media platforms
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about community events and services
- Assist with translations from English to Malayalam and vice versa as needed
- Help with any other administrative tasks as assigned by superiors
Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam (both speaking and writing)
- Possess a valid biometric passport
- Good communication skills in English (writing and speaking)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Prior administrative experience is not required but will be considered an asset
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
