Experienced Handyman for Property Maintenance in Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Handyman to join our property maintenance team in Al-Kuwait. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks in our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance tasks. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Perform various repairs and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting
- Inspect properties regularly and identify any issues or necessary repairs
- Maintain accurate records of all completed tasks
- Communicate with property owners or managers to understand their needs and expectations
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and within budget
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while performing tasks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance tasks
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Ability to read blueprints is preferred
- Valid driver's license is preferred
- Own tools is preferred

Salary: 1400$ monthly
Nationality Preference: Pakistani or African candidates with valid residence visa
Language Requirement: English speaking
