Indian Restaurant Manager in Lusail, Qatar
We are hiring an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to lead our team at a popular restaurant in Lusail, Qatar. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high-quality food standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies.
- Create schedules for staff to ensure proper coverage during peak hours.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-cutting measures when necessary.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide feedback for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture.
- Proficient in inventory management and financial analysis.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be fluent in Hindi or another Indian language.
Salary:
$1600/month with additional benefits.
