Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine (Lusail)
Our restaurant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our Indian cuisine establishment in Lusail. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on Indian cuisine. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, budgeting, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules and ensuring smooth service during peak hours
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock of ingredients and supplies
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Train and mentor staff on menu items, customer service, and company policies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably within an Indian cuisine establishment
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, including preparation techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience for guests
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

This position is located in Lusail.
