Part-Time Waiter/Waitress - Al-Malikiyah, Syria

We are in need of a reliable and friendly Part-Time Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a contract job with flexible working hours that will mainly be during evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy of orders and handle any special requests or dietary restrictions
- Answer customer questions about menu items and provide recommendations
- Handle bill payments and process credit card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and workstations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:
- No previous experience required as training will be provided on the job
- Must be fluent in Arabic and have basic English communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have own visa or sponsorship available for work permit
- Accommodation will be provided by the company
