Office Assistant
Our company, located in Salalah, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing administrative support and performing various office tasks. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as data entry and invoice processing
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, scanning, and faxing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
