We are in search of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Isa Town. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our client's properties. This is a part-time position with no accommodation provided, so we are looking for someone who is already based in Isa Town or nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, changing light bulbs, and repairing minor electrical and plumbing issues.
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures such as window panes, doors, and cabinets.
- Perform general carpentry work such as building shelves, installing drywall, and repairing furniture.
- Keep the property clean and tidy by sweeping, mopping, and removing trash.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential maintenance issues and address them promptly.
- Communicate with clients to understand their maintenance needs and provide efficient solutions.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
- Skilled in various repair and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, etc.
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
- Basic understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Physical stamina to handle long hours of standing, bending, lifting heavy objects, etc.
- Biometric passport (preferred).

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
