We are in search of a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving delicious coffee and tea beverages to our customers. You must have excellent customer service skills, a passion for coffee, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Take and accurately process orders from customers
- Prepare various coffee and tea beverages according to customer preferences
- Serve prepared drinks to customers with attention to detail and presentation
- Ensure all drink orders are completed efficiently and within the company's quality standards
- Keep a clean and organized work area at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required
- Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time during shifts
